Welcome to the home page for the JILA Computing. The JILA Computing Services Staff manages central UNIX, VMS, Windows NT and Novell servers; supports a local area network of distributed workstations, PCs, Macs, terminals, and printers; and installs and maintains network connections from offices, laboratories, and home computers to other campus systems, the Internet, and national supercomputer centers. JILA computing systems provide email, printing, scientific and administrative applications, computations, data acquisition and manipulation, and data backup services. Computing Services staff provides consultations, training courses, and hardware repair assistance.
